We offer janitorial and cleaning services, including but not limited to commercial cleaning, maintenance, and specialized sanitation. Service details, pricing, and schedules will be confirmed prior to work commencement.

3. Service Appointments

Clients are responsible for providing accurate service details and access to the property.

Cancellation or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

Failure to provide notice may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices will be confirmed prior to service.

Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Accepted payment methods include cash, check, and approved electronic payments.

5. Client Responsibilities

Ensure that the service area is accessible and safe for our staff.

Secure any fragile or valuable items prior to our arrival.

Notify us of any special instructions or hazardous conditions.

6. Liability and Limitations

We are not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or items not properly secured by the client.

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

7. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances such as emergencies, hazardous conditions, or severe weather.

8. Health and Safety

We follow standard safety protocols. However, we do not use eco-friendly products unless specifically requested and approved by the client.

9. Termination of Services

We may terminate services if the client breaches these Terms, engages in unsafe behavior, or fails to make timely payments.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be effective immediately upon posting or communication to the client.
